Accommodations

Hilltop Dog Hotel strives to provide a comfortable and safe environment while boarding. Our luxury suites are available in single and double sizes, with an access door for separating. Our spacious runs include a raised bed, blankets, and any items from home to keep your pet comfortable while they are here.

Our boarding space is limited, so we ask that you call to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure we accommodate your dates. Or, book your reservation request on Gingr.

Also, the health and safety of our boarding dogs and staff is very important to us. Below are our requirements for our boarding and grooming dogs:

·         All boarding and grooming dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (within 6 months) and also Canine Influenza Bivalent vaccines.  These vaccines need to be administered to dog at least two weeks prior to boarding and/or grooming appointment.

·         We strongly recommend flea and tick prevention be up to date while your dog is boarding. Our nature walks are in a wooded area where they may be exposed to fleas and ticks.

·         Vaccine records must be received at least 48 hours prior to drop-off date. Owners may forward these records via email to hilltopdoghotel@gmail.com, fax to 1-844-269-7540, or book your reservation request on Gingr.

·         If you make an appointment for grooming or boarding within less than 48 hour please be prepared to provide your records to us via email or fax when scheduling. We ask that you contact your veterinarian for us. Many clinics are now requiring owner’s permission to release records.

Vaccines required for boarding are:

·         Rabies

·         Distemper Vaccine

·         Bordetella or Kennel Cough every 6 months

·         Canine Influenza Bivalent (H3N8 and H3N2 strains)
