**Please note: pickup is available from 8am to 5:30pm
Monday thru Friday and 8am to 12:30pm on Saturday.**
If you have any questions please call to confirm your drop off pickup dates and times for any major holidays. Please be sure to confirm our schedule with our Pet Specialists if you are boarding during a holiday.
Our boarding space is limited, so we ask that you call to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure we accommodate your dates. Or, book your reservation request on Gingr.
Also, the health and safety of our boarding dogs and staff is very important to us. Below are our requirements for our boarding dogs.
Please provide current vaccination records 48 hours in advance of your stay or grooming visit. We ask that you contact your veterinarian for us. Many clinics are now requiring owner’s permission to release records. Veterinary clinic copies from owners received by fax or email are also acceptable.
Vaccines required for boarding are:
Rabies
Distemper Vaccine
Bordetella or Kennel Cough every 6 months
Canine Influenza Bivalent (H3N8 and H3N2 strains)
For ALL clients– routine vaccinations should be updated PRIOR to boarding, especially if due during a stay that includes a holiday or Knox County School break.
We are no longer updating vaccines during Holiday stays or Knox County School breaks.
